Now that I have some duplicates to examine, and I know what I'm looking 
for, I have confirmed the foolishness of claiming that I only subscribed 
to one list :-)

I am subscribed to both jedusers and jed-users-l - I'll try 
unsubscribing both and then resubscribe just once.  Then, I'll try hard 
not to make myself look silly in public (for at least a week)!
