Strange.

1) If I put setkey("forward_paragraph", ...) in my ".jedrc" file, the
feature works in Xjed, but not in Jed. And I swear that I tried this
before and it didn't work... maybe it was a typo.

2) setkey("forward_paragraph", ...) still does not work in my
"jed/lib/cua.sl" file, and the default bindings are still broken.

All in all, I think my bug report still stands, even though I've found
a solution for me (edit my .jedrc file and use xjed instead of jed).
