The problem seems Help->Show Key for "Ctrl-PgUp" only service with "SEC [ 5 ;"
of course Help->Describe Key Bindings show "ESC [ 5 ;" for bob
but real key sequence for Ctrl-PgUp is "ESC [ 5 ; ~" reference from  another application
I also make "Ctrl-PgDn" for eob same problem with "5~" is insert automatically after end of buffer

their is no any error message

> Where do you define the setkey() command? 
I've setup the briefex.sl replacement brief.sl for extra key bindings should be ok in this case
