JD -- Jed documentation

Here is my latest trial refering Jed documentation:

The main features are:
- complete current word dependant on mode
- get minihelp for completed word
- get help for current word dependant on mode
- jump into a hierarchical structured document tree
- navigate to next, previous or superseded file
- viewed files can be edited directly (toggle_readonly)
- documentation subtree for slang and jed is pre-prepared
- other subtrees for any modes can be added
