JED it's a [g]ood [e]ditor

I wanted an Object Icon development IDE.

1) added syntax file
2) redefined the keys - made a highly CUA form of ide.sl
3) added recent.sl
4) easy to add comment/uncomment lines
5) abbrev.sl
6) ctags/etags
7) compiling away with goto error line in file
8) macros
9) writing slang functions seem easy enough too!
10) even tested mail

Default OpenBSD installs with X.

Very few extra packages.
