Not sure if slang can handle this but is there a way to change keymappings
somehow?  On the console, Shift-Tab only returns '09' for the tab key and
doesn't return an escape meta character '27' before such as alt-tab.  But
if we made shift return a meta '27' first then shift-A might not
work.  Not too familiar with how this all works... Any suggestions on how
to change this per application would be great, if possible. :)
