jed start with n files in n windows?

I want to start jed with n files in n separate windows.

When I run: jed file1 file2 file3
then all 3 files are loaded, but I have initally only one window with
buffer file3. 
But I want to see at startup 3 windows and I do not want to create them
manually (^X2 ^Xb ...)

Where is the trick...? :-)
