UTF-8 in xjed with DFA

Hi John,

if I open the changes.txt, set c_mode and enable dfa syntax
(use_dfa_syntax(1)) the "ö" in my name is broken. I see <C3><B6>. But if
the text is inside of a mark I see a "ö".
