Yes, but I already had bufutils.sl.  I just checked bufutils.sl and
see that I had v1.4 and v1.4.1 has been issued.  Updated.  Now the
results from 'jed -batch -l ispell':

I hope we are gaining ground.  At least the results are different.  I
have *no* spell checking with the error message:
