I knew it had to be simple. 8-) 

Jed is now my perfect little editor. Looks like and runs like the DOS Qedit
from decades ago, but faster, handles source nicely and has a good spell
checker and access to my daily calendar <sigh> It just doesn't get much
better than this. 8-) Thank you, all...
