A request: as an ex Brief user I prefer tiled windows, if only because navigating and manipulating them is so easy with just the keyboard. One reason I use JED is to avoid the mouse...
Support for Brief style tiling (as well as overlapping windows) would make me a happy bunny. (The current horizontal splitting is what I mean).
