- Subject: Cut and paste between two instances of xjed using Brief emulation fails on Debian Lenny

Cutting/copying and pasting between two instances of xjed under Debian
Lenny (Jed 0.99.18U) using Brief emulation fails to work. The same operation
between buffers in one instance works. I have also found that the same operation
between xjed and other apps mostly fails. For example, between Kmail and xjed.
Is there a workaround for this? Is it a bug or is it an operation that is
not yet supported? I like to use xjed on my Acer Aspire One netbook because
it is fast and small but I miss being able to move text between xjed
instances.
A Google search did not show me much on this topic.
Thanks,
Delbert
