[slang-users] slgtk: .configure ends with error

The last lines of configure's output read

SLang version is 20304
checking for date... /bin/date
checking for pkg-config... no
./configure: line 5534: no: command not found
./configure: line 5555: no: command not found
configure: error: could not find pkg-config info for gtk+-2.0

Is there anything I can do?
