Re: [jed-users] wrong default when using ctrl-X B (was: wrong default when using ctrl-X ctrl-B)

Hi,

I'm sorry. I wasn't aware that I released the ctrl button in between when using
this command. :-) I'm refering to `switch_to_buffer` and in my opinion, the
default buffer should always be the last one used (this is most of the time
the case, but not always).

No, I'd say about 10 is enough, maybe even less. I don't think it has to do
with bytes or nibbles. If I had to guess, I'd say, sometimes the buffer is put
into the wrong place in the buffer list for unknown reasons. (What I'd expect:
Whenever one switches to an existing buffer, that buffer is removed from the
buffer list and inserted at the top of the list. And the top of the list should
be the default listed.)

When it happens next time, I'll try Ctrl-X Ctrl-B (sic!) to have a look at the
list. Maybe that will give some hint. :-)

Regards,
Berni
