[jed-users] wjed.exe on Win 8.1

Hi all,
I am having issues running wjed.exe on Win 8.1 It was fine yesterday, 
but today it starts and only displays on the task bar as a small window.
I have tried all of the trouble-shooting compatibility options but no luck.
There was no Windows update (as far as I can see) between yesterday and 
today so I am bemused as to why there is now a problem.

If anyone has any ideas on this I would be very grateful!
