[jed-users] New modes/utilities

Since it is so fairly quiet, I hope it is okay to (ab)use the
list to announce the availability of two new extensions, that
can both be found on jedmodes:

- tabcomplete: Is a word or snippet completion utility which
  also includes the possibility of syntax expansion and
  accompanying help texts in the mini buffer from completions
  files that you create. You can have mnemonic aliases in the
  completions file so that boilerplate snippets or templates
  can be inserted with a key press. A completions file for
  slang_mode is supplied with which you can have syntax
  expansion for most functions.

- groff_mode: Is an extension mode to facilitate the editing of
  troff/groff files. It is the usual highlighting scheme, but
  you can also easily convert and install truetype and opentype
  fonts for use with groff, view buffer as pdf and more.
