It just might. Well it is close anyway. The "linux" setting seems to ignore the

USE_TABS = 0; TAB_DEFAULT = 4;

values, but that might be due to position.

Does c_set_style do what you want? It can be set to various indentation
styles.

%---------------------------------------------------------------------------
% C-mode indentation style
%---------------------------------------------------------------------------
c_set_style ("jed"); % or "linux", "gnu", "bsd", "k&r"
