[jed-users] wjed.exe black and white only

Windows 7 SP1, 64 bit professional.

After compiling with Mingw32 slang-pre2.3.0-111.tar.gz and
jed-pre0.99.20-94.tar.gz both jed.exe and wjed.exe run in black and
white only.

However, when I force them to run with libslang.dll version 2.1.3 or
2.1.4 (compiler unknown to me) they run in colour.

Is there any change in slang from 2.1.4 to the current version that
forces only black and white under win7? Possible remedy?
