I use jed on my mac, and it still works fine.  I put jed and jed-script  from /usr/local/bin and lib slang.a from /usr/local/lib in Dropbox.  Dropbox then gives me the following public URLs so you can download these files:

jed:  http://dl.dropbox.com/u/163075/jed
jed-script  http://dl.dropbox.com/u/163075/jed-script
libslang.a   http://dl.dropbox.com/u/163075/libslang.a

Let me know if there are problems.
