[Jed-users-l] edt_chgcase() broken?

After upgrading from jed 0.99-18 to 0.99-19 the function edt_chgcase()
(from edt.sl) is no longer working: it should change the case of the
current character or region, but it does nothing.

In the status line I can see:
"loading /sw/ubuntu-10.04/jed-0.99-19/jed/lib/xformreg.slc"
but the case does not change. I tested it with upper and lowercase
characters and regions.

For I am coming from VMS, I heavily use the edt functions of jed.
Indeed, this is the main reason, why I use this editor :-)
