Copyright notices for some files missing (patch)

Hi John,

some files of the jed tar.gz miss a copyright notice at the beginning.
I've prepared a patch that fix this.

While editing the file jed.tex I saw the \parindent \parskip commands.
They are plain TeX commands. Can you change them to a more LaTeX friendly
form. We run other tools than TeX on this file to get HTML and info file
documentation and these tools do not accept plain TeX commands.
