jed (Jed B0.99.17-135) ctags.sl fail on my another machine

hello,
  I've install jed on another machine with fc4 when I use the ctags.sl (new version from Jed B0.99.17-165) which work in my one machine but fail in another machine which show message 
"S-Lang Error: Undefined Name: try is undefined" 
slang version 1.4.9 with fc4 default

I've try to upgrade whole package to 165 with same problem
