Oops! my bad. I forgot to initialize the modules library path... and anyways
not being able to
load iconv module must not block folding.

as a quick fix, you can add the these lines to you jed.rc (in %USERPROFILE%
directory, mine is 
"C:\Documents and Settings\sangoid" yours may be different. On win95/98/me
it may be in C:\)

#ifexists set_import_module_path
set_import_module_path("C:\\Program Files\\JED\\slsh\\modules");
#endif

(adjust the path to match your installation directory).

I will try to prepare an updated installer ASAP.
