Win32 woes with CUA

I am trying to make CUA mode work for a co-worker on a Win32 box. It
works fine for me on Linux, but it's goofing things up on Win32. The
only way I have been able to repeat the problem is by adding:

() = evalfile("cua")

to the users jed\lib\jed.rc

and then open any .html file, say hello.html ... you get an error, and
HTML mode does not work. If you remove () = evalfile("cua") from the
jed.rc file, all works fine.
