Building jed 0.99-17 & slang 1.4.9 for Win32 (part 2)

Greetings folks,

Further to my previous email, I've just noticed that the makefiles for jed
& slang for Borland C will work better with the Borland make program if an
'.AUTODEPEND' directive is added at the top of the makefile so that the
Borland make works out source file dependencies automagically.
