"open process is undefined"

Hi Jeders,
I wanted to try Guido's abc.sl mode, but I have a problem with
the DOS version (works fine with Wjed or linux). I receive the following
slang error message:

Undefined Name: open_process is undefined

I use version 0.99.15

Thanks for any hint.
