strange behaviour with SuSE8.0

When I edit a SLang file and make an evalbuffer
I cannot save the file anymore ('error writing...').

Looking on the disk I find an obviously automatically in the
background generated file:

lrwxrwxrwx    1 ks       users           8 Mai 17 20:08 .#jedini.sl -> 
ks@.1558

If I delete this one, I can edit and save the SLang file again.

Is this behaviour by design (SusSE8.0)?
How can I modify this?
